Budget airline, Air Arabia is set to start its service to Bangalore, India by October 15. The flights will initially operate four times per week between Bangalore and Air Arabia’s hub in Sharjah, and then from October 29, flights will be daily.

Bangalore is the ninth destination for Air Arabia in India and increases Air Arabia’s total destinations to 37. Air Arabia has been targeting South Asia region to accommodate the growing demand for low cost air fares from the large Indian expatriate population working and living in the Gulf countries. There are 11 flight services to the region from the total of 37 Air Arabia’s destinations. Thus, this has made Air Arabia as one of the leading LCCs serving this growing region.
