Etihad Airways, the national airlines of the United Arabs Emirates, made an announcement recently to increase weekly flights from 7 to 9 times a week for Abu Dhabi – Sydney route starting March next year. This announcement was made after they received an overwhelming supports for this Sydney service. Since the launching of Sydney service in March, Etihad has managed to fly over 40,000 passengers for this particular route. According to Etihad’s spokesperson, this Sydney service is their best ever launch in Etihad’s history.
Following the success of Sydney service, Melbourne will be the next destination in Australia to be launched by Etihad by the end of September. What zones? Diamond? In my dream!!
