Etihad Airways has increased Abu Dhabi – Manila flights from four flights in a week to daily flights starting from October 1. The Manila flights has received a strong demand since launch in February 2006 which largely contributed by strong 200,000-community Filipino expatriates working in U.A.E.

Etihad operates a Boeing 777-300ER aircraft for Abu Dhabi-Manila route with two cabins configuration  of 350 in economy class and 28 in business class. The daily Manila flights will effectively increase the total number of seats available in a week by 75 percent.

Etihad Airways has also signed a code share agreement with Philipines Airlines which enable Etihad to offer connecting flights to other cities on the Philippines Airlines’ network.
